Refund Policy

At Botaneg, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the perishable nature and some flammable properties of our gin, we cannot accept returns unless there is a defect or fault.
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at hello@botaneg.com with details of the issue. Should the product be faulty or misdescribed, we will investigate and, once approved, replace or exchange the faulty goods as quickly as possible. Alternatively, we can issue a full refund, including any applicable delivery charges.
